The NBTA takes flight with NGN!
The National Business Travel Association based in Alexandria, VA has just signed on with NGN. They will use both the online platform and the new show directory print model with expanded listings for their 2006 show this summer in Chicago. There will be over 5,000 corporate travel professionals at the show making it the premier business travel event of the year. NGN welcomes them aboard!

Mission accomplished!
NGN's first printed catalogues enhanced latest shows in Singapore and Belgrade
The first steps into the new branch couldn't have been more successfull for NGN: this years' AsianAerospace 2006 and Asian Defence Technology 2006 introduced a new generation of printed show catalogues - powered by NGN in cooperation with DSV, a Bertelsmann company. Based on the extensive content that the editorial team collected from the exhibitors, the catalogue provided detailed information about the participating companies and their products including pictures for a better show preparation - and to take home. The new catalogue has gone very well for these shows and was considered a perfect marketing tool - accompanied by the online Directory that provided the same info and much more via the show website.

In Belgrade, the new type of printed show catalogue was introduced at Hinte's INTERGEO EAST in February. HINTE decided for a catalogue design that left each exhibitor up to 1000 characters for their company profile and the same amount per presented product. This way each exhibitor was presented with detailed product descriptions and corresponding pictures - a huge benefit for the visitors that could get a first impression before visiting the booth. The catalogue was seen as a perfect completion of the INTERGEO Community - HINTE's online business matching solution that NGN is operating since 2004.

FHA Asia in April 2006: Exhibitors already doing business online
ITB the world’s largest travel tradeshow with over 10,000 exhibitors from 183 countries has implemented NGN’s newest platform technology in their March 2006 show. This is the 6th year in a row that they have used NGN and have seen significant increases in both usage and traffic to the show web site year over year.

Reed Exhibitions and Asian Aerospace publish a new concept show directory
Using the detailed content that NGN collects, compiles and edits, Reed was able to present a new state-of-the-art show directory for their February show. This 4-color directory highlights detailed exhibitor information along with logos, product and company photos and indexes them so they are easy to locate in both the directory and on the show floor. This new directory, alleviates the need for multiple or duplicate listings, and is much easier to cross-reference and is very user friendly.

Intergeo East gives exhibitors even more visibility in print.
By using NGN’s printable pdf’s, show management was able to increase customer satisfaction amongst exhibiting companies. Their new directory allowed exhibitors more space in print thus enabling them to display greater amounts of information in the show directory.

NGN Speaking Engagements
Robert Drblik, managing director of NGN will be giving a presentation in Washington, DC on January 18th at the IAEM Technology PDC. Mr. Drblik will also participate on a panel providing information focused to assist industry professionals in understanding how to use existing and emerging technologies such as business matchmaking to increase exhibitor and visitor business opportunities and ROI for organizers. You can also hear Mr. Drblik speak at the UFI Focus Meeting in Stockholm, Sweden on Friday, April 28th. The topic will be “IT Trends for Quality Exhibitor and Visitor Services”.
